Vacancy job description:
**Primary Objective**

The systematical control of all stock in the PPE Store and housekeeping of the PPE Store.

**Key Responsibilities**

The job holder is responsible for effectively managing the system that controls the stock in the PPE store.
- **Stores.**
- Issuing of stock
- Customer service
- Capturing of the stock received.
- Invoicing stock out on system according to the Purchas Order received from mine.
- Printing and handing over the Tax Invoices for picking of stock.
- Clearing of back order items.
- Reporting:

- Head office - Warehouse (Category A, B, C reports)
- Head office - Finance (Month end reports and GRV’S)
- All filing
- Handling of all queries from mine.
- Keep the store clean and presentable (Housekeeping).
- Follow safety policies and procedures ensuring safe work conditions at all times

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saldanha, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
