**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily business operations in fleet from cradle to grave.
- Team player.
- Supervising other staff members in the Fleet department.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Improving revenue. (KPI's of departments are met)
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Cost management.
- Risk management.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.
- Liaison with clients, suppliers, employees and management
- Driving of any/all Company vehicles and movement from place to place as shall be directed by Management.
- Scheduling service of vehicles and or repair and maintenance work where required
- Traveling to various branches.
- The above duties will be expanded and updated from time to time
- Inspection of vehicles and resolution of issues in a timely manner
- Assist with any/all fleet related duties as required
- Obey any/all lawful and reasonable instructions given by management

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the car rental industry is advantageous.
- Great overall knowledge of cars.

We are looking for someone that is hardworking, strong and innovative.

Salary is Gross - R23 000 Based on experience.

Incentives up to R4000

Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 5pm

Overtime when requested.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
