**Retail Branch Manager**

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Branch Manager to join a dynamic team at one of our Southern Suburb branches.
- Personnel management (HR related)
- Assisting sales staff with customer, stock or services queries
- Ensuring the biometrics’ clocking system is correct for all employees in the branch for payroll purposes
- Liaising with buyers regarding special orders
- Assisting sales staff and customers on the floor when needed
- Filing and admin of the branch
- Acting as Health and Safety Compliance Officer, specifically COVID-19 procedures
- Managing stock take and compiling related reports
- Compiling sales reports for the branch
- Reporting to Regional Manager regarding general performance of the branch and staff
- Assist with on-the-job training for all new personnel

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a manager in the furniture/retail industry
- Must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays
- Own transport essential (might be required to travel between branches to assist when needed)
- Must have Grade 12 / Matric
- Clear criminal record
- South African citizen / Permanent South African Resident
- Reside in the Southern Suburbs

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Manager: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
