**The IIE Varsity College, Sandton Campus has a vacancy for a (Insert Job Title) in the following module**:

- Teaching Intermediate Phase English First and FAL 1 and 2

**Competencies**:

- Communication Skills.
- Organizational Skills
- Effective Classroom Management
- Open to Development

**Minimum Qualification Requirements**:

- B.Ed. Honours degree or an Honours degree in Afrikaans or another Humanities/Arts/Social Science Honours or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (at NQF level 8) in IP/SP/FET/HE

And:

- The undergraduate or postgraduate qualification must include a module on Teaching and Learning/Pedagogy.

And:
**Minimum Work Experience Requirement**:

- Teaching/lecturing experience in Afrikaans at Intermediate Phase/Senior Phase/Further Education and Training band/Higher Education band is required.
- Note: Teaching experience does not include experience gained during Teaching practice / Work Integrated Learning / Intern work or being a Teaching assistant.
