**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible for making the Africa Leadership Team successful in a high performance and driven environment through providing high level of proactive finance planning and analysis services for local fresh sales and value-added products sold internationally and locally.
This role manages a small team of people that work very closely with Operational areas to focus on margins and profitability of our products.
Accounting, Standard Costing, Margin Analysis, Scenario Analysis.
Systems, governance, and internal control.
Project management.
Analysis of product costs and margins.

**Requirements**:
CA or CIMA qualification
8 to 10 years experience within Finance with at least 5 years Management experience.
Strong focus on Business Partnering/Engagement with operational areas is essential.
**Experience in manufacturing or food processing - FMCG Environment is essentia**l.
High level of computer literacy ERP & MS Excel & BI
A proven track record of implementing and maintaining internal controls, accurate costing, and detailed analysis.
Experience in Financial modelling for decision making.
