**JOB OVERVIEW**:
Senior Solution Architect a technical leadership role across the client project account. They understand customer's business needs and make sure the solutions EPAM provides meet quality attribute requirements and are aligned with the technology strategy. They drive development process changes and cultural changes across teams.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop, adapt and evolve technology strategy of the account
- Work with the business analysis team on requirements gathering
- Provide architecture design for platforms, tools and services we deliver
- Create both technical and user-oriented documentation
- Work on new opportunities as a part of discovery team
- Create work breakdown structures and estimations
- Kick-off projects from technical perspective
- Drive knowledge sharing between teams
- Prioritize technical backlog
- Contribute to enterprise architecture by sharing domain experience, assessing vendors, and bringing technology-driven innovation ideas to stakeholders

**What You Have**:

- Solid communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Project management skills to drive some smaller projects end-to-end
- Experience in website development and/or hosting
- Experience in CMS-based solutions and platforms
- Experience in designing cloud-native and container-based solutions in AWS

**Nice to have**:

- Digital marketing business domain experience
- Implemented scalable e-commerce solutions in the past
- Experience with PIM/DAM systems
