- Co-ordinate and manage all start-ups of new guarding contracts
- Manage and adhere to monthly budgets impacts and controls
- Strong Client liaison and relationship building skills
- Flexible working hours - After hours call out etc.
- Management of discipline
- Ensure adherence to company procedures
- Manage various Operational KPI's utilising Easy Roster Reports, Tracking, etc.

- Valid PSIRA Grade A Qualification
- Valid driver’s license & own reliable vehicle
- At least 8-10 years’ experience in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of the Security industry

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
