An Accounting practice based in Paarl currently holds an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to manage a small accounting team. The position will be seen as a second in charge to the head of the department and will be working hand in hand with the other department heads.

**As an Accounting Manager, duties will include**:

- Managing a team of approx. 5 accounting clerks;
- Liaison with clients to answer queries, obtain relevant accounting information etc.;
- Review and oversee month-end procedures
- Oversee accounting processing, VAT returns, employee tax returns, financial statements and income tax returns.

Must preferably have _knowledge of Draftworx_ for drafting Financials.

Must be bilingual - Afrikaans and English.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

**Academic requirements**:

- SAIPA registration, or
- BAcc Hons with SAICA clerkship.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
