**Main Duties**:

- Reconciles accounts - weekly and month end
- Captures supplier invoices
- Captures debtors invoices
- Captures and reconciles credit cards
- Reconciles supplier and debtor accounts
- Processes cashbooks and petty cash - weekly and month end
- Payments to suppliers (online banking)

**Responsibilities**

Efficient processing of accounts department administration

**Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills**
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
- **Previous experience in a similar role or related field**
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- **Full accounting function up to trial balance**
- **Online Business Banking experience**

**Excel & MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS WORKING ON PASTEL IS A MUST**

Pay: R8 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)
