Financial Adviser

Synfinex BlueStar, part of the Sanlam MO BlueStar division requires the services of experienced financial advisers in the Morningside area. Please note that this is a remote work position. Adviser will be required to work from home office.

**BENEFITS**

100% share of commission. No salary offered.
Monthly bonus equivalent to a maximum of 3 times monthly premiums.
Training allowance of R 24 000 in total paid to the adviser over a 3 month training period, in addition to any commissions earned.
R 16 000 no interest technology loan available on request.
Unlimited VOIP telephone line.
Potential to recruit and develop own adviser team. A monthly commission override will be paid.
Academic qualification up to CFP level fully subsidized.
Annual bonus available to qualifying advisers.
Digital client interaction and case submission facilitated.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
1 year of experience in the long term insurance industry.
RE 5 Certificate for Representatives.
Relevant NQF level 5 qualification.
Drivers license.
Clear credit history.
