- ESG Ratings and Advisory team - Alternative Investments, Private EquityEmployment Type: Full TimeAn Senior Associate in the ESG team will be responsible for sophisticated data research,analysis and reporting. They will be required to utilize Apex ESG’s proprietary tools to evaluate theESG performance of assets as well as conducting independent research and development toimprove Apex ESG’s products and services, whilst assisting in significant market engagement,through demonstrations to clients and prospects. This role demands a multi-faceted skillset thatencompasses rigorous numerical analysis, high quality communication (verbal and written) andthe ability to work effectively independently without supervision to contribute to team objectives.What we look for-

We don’t just want you to succeed,we want you to flourish.The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesLead research initiatives and product development into ESG topics that are important tothe Apex ESG client base.Conduct sophisticated research and analysis on ESG standards, data and trends.Analyze ESG data, evaluating its quality and performance to draw insights useful for-
Produce recommendations for improving ESG performance of investments and investmentmanagers using our ESG products and services.Contribute to the improvement of existing, and creation of new, ESG products to helpstakeholders across the private markets.Be creative in generating ideas and recommendations in the pursuit of new and improvedproducts and services.Create thought leadership and engagement tools, presentations and documents forprivate market investors and other stakeholders.Engage with clients and partners in the financial sector to help them understand ESGconcepts and performance in the Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors.Be proactive and independent in task management and contributing to the objectives ofthe team.Support the delivery of the world’s first ESG rating and reporting tool focused on theprivate markets.Drive initiatives to improve the sustainability performance of the Apex Group itself.Skills RequiredMaster’s degree in a relevant field.-
