Our client in the marketing and branding industry is looking for 3 Jr Stock Controllers for their operation in the Cape Town CBD.

Please note you must be computer literate and have previous experience on Microsoft. Excel and Outlook are important to be able to carry out your duties.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Any further studies will be advantageous
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft (Excel & Outlook)
- Valid drivers license
- Own transport not essential but advantageous

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory management.**
- Receive all pack lists from activator coordinators. Fulfil pack lists by packing and checking all collateral and stock assigned to each activation. In the instance of NTE’s and larger activations operations team will fulfil the pack lists according to the quantity of teams against the target reach for the specific activations.
- Stock returns - make sure all stock returns are accurate and monetary value of the stock sold balances.
- Value adds: Recons receive all value adds and keep track of what is received, sent out and what is returned. Track the quantity of value adds on hand and what is sent out to activations or to the client.
- Offsite storage unit: Manage all units and inventory that is stored offsite and document all inventory offsite. Maintain a neat and orderly space on the storage unit. Take all inventory no longer required in office to the offsite unit.

**2. Stock control.**
- Stock sheets & stock counts - track the various products that are sent out and returned to keep a systematic tracking process on where we are sitting with stock and making sure the sheet is accurate by completing stock counts as a means of delivering accurate data.
- Cash up all supervisors when they return stock and collateral.
- Plan and process stock orders for various campaigns according to the stock quantity required.
- Send invoices to finance.
- Monthly cash up for cash on hand and deposit into company account

**3. Logistics**
- Receive deliveries for all inventory and value adds. This pertains to any items with a monetary value attached to the items.
- Send out packages for deliveries - pack, check and fill out delivery notes and insert a PDF copy onto operations group onto SharePoint under the logistics folder.

**4. REPORTING**
- Provide weekly stock reports - providing accurate sales reports and data based on top selling and least selling variants across all products. The outlet with the most sales to the least sales. Provide a profit/loss analysis on the stock sold.

Please note these are urgent positions and need to be filled urgently. Please also note this is an outsourced position so you will be employed by us as the agency and assigned to the client for the duration of your contract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R40,39 - R57,70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
