We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.* Selemahae Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Lead/Facilitator to manage and facilitate workshops, ensuring the delivery of high-quality strategy and workshop documents. If you have a passion for facilitation, strategic thinking, and delivering excellence, we want you on our team. *Key Responsibilities:*
- Facilitate workshops effectively to achieve project goals.
- Deliver high-quality strategy and workshop documents.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless execution of workshops and related activities. *Minimum Requirements:*
- Proven experience in project facilitation and workshop management within the forestry industries.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Relevant qualifications are a plus:

- NQF Level 8 qualification (preferred)
- NQF Level 9 qualification (optional but advantageous)
- NQF Level 10 qualification (optional but advantageous) *Application Requirements:*
