Northern Suburbs) **Province** - Gauteng - Initial 9 Week Temp assignment with a view to being offered a permanent position based on: - Meeting of Sales targets throughout the temp assignment - Meeting of QA Scores throughout the temp assignment - Meeting of Productivity Scores throughout the temp assignment - Meeting of Admin reqirements throughout the temp assignment - (The temporary employee will initially receive approximately 37 hours of training) - Reporting to Training Manager - Job Summary: - Telephonic sales of various insurance products to pre-qualified leads provided by the Company. Reaching/exceeding of minimum sales, QA and Productivity targets as well as general administrative functions as required by the Company. - Job Responsibilities: - Telephonic Sales Responsibilities: - Adherence to training requirements at all times - Telephonically contact prospective clients (pre-qualified leads) with the intent to sell insurance policies - Explain the benefits and feature of the policies to the prospective client in accordance to the script provided whilst in training - To conduct all calls in a professional, confident, honest and polite manner - To work through leads thoroughly in order to achieve optimum contact rates - To be involved in test campaigns as and when required by management - Administrative Responsibilities: - Completion of daily statistics reports - Management of leads in accordance with company policies and procedures - Accurate record keeping of daily sales results in the prescribed format - Continuous updating of sales on the sales board - Additional Information: - This position offers potential applicants the opportunity to gain corporate exposure and training within an up-market and professional office environment - The position offers a "no claw back" guarantee therefore the Sales & Marketing Consultants will not have to re-fund the business once commissions have been paid out for cancelled policies- **Inherent Requirements** - Qualifications and Knowledge Required: - Grade 12 (Matric) - Clear ITC (Credit) Record - Clear Criminal Record - Personality indicators: - Confidence, assertive, positive, competitive, determined, achiever, natural selling skills, persistent, adaptable, reliable, professional, friendly, outgoing, committed, loyal, self motivated, risk taker, perfectionist, genuine, integral**What Qualification** **Minimum Qualification** - Matric **Status** - Available
