Are you someone who can:

- Provide highly specialised legal advice, structuring or support
- Ensure compliance with internal legal and other procedures and policies
- Identify, monitor, report and minimise potential legal risks
- Draft, review, negotiate and re-negotiate applicable documentation and agreements
- Make presentations and give opinions, and provide training on legal and regulatory developments
- Ensure efficiencies aimed at improving client satisfaction by providing efficient legal services
- Develop and maintain client and institutional relationships, internally, locally, and internationally
- Outstanding technical drafting abilities (opinions and agreements)Experience in working with LMA, ISDA, ISMA style agreements and bespoke financing agreements. Review, structure, restructure, negotiate and re-negotiate corporate and commercial transactions
- Developed and maintained relationships with internal stakeholders and providers of legal services (including, external legal counsels, business rescue practitioners and other key stakeholders)
- Stayed up to date with all developments in the law, regulation, industry, and best practice in the relevant area of specialist legal practice
- Proactively identifying and implementing legal risk management processes to address material legal risks facing the organisation in the relevant are of specialisation.
- Reported and presented on legal matters and risks to the executive management of any relevant business area.
- Provided guidance and mentorship to other legal advisers or direct reports.
