Lead a team consisting of Reliability engineer, maintenance planners, schedulers and administrators, whilst being the direct interface with the client. **Minimum Requirements**: - BEng - 8 years plant and AM experience (heavy manufacturing or mining) - Experienced manager / leader with good interpersonal skills - In depth knowledge of work management processes - Advantageous: Minimum 1 years' experience in an SAP PM environment - Advantageous: Mining Experience - Applied knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Interface with client and build a solid working relationship - Lead a multi-disciplinary team on a client site - Ensure contract deliverables are met - Provide a strong reliability and maintenance planning function on client site - Enabling and leading of AM resources to effectively deliver "Pragma Way" for clients - Identifies areas for service delivery enhancement, cost reduction and production efficiency and lead the execution of improvement projects - Monitor successful implementation of business processes - Lead workshops to facilitate effective and relevant reporting of KPIs by team - Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects - Administrate the project(s) effectively - Management of invoicing process to ensure accurate and time payment of services rendered
