**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively seek out potential clients who are in the market for home loans.
- Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources, such as real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial situations, goals, and eligibility for home loans.
- Provide personalized guidance and advice to clients, explaining various home loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Collaborate with underwriters and loan processors to ensure smooth processing and timely closing of loans.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, loan products, and industry regulations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home loan or mortgage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and lending criteria.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess clients’ creditworthiness.
- High level of motivation and target-driven mentality.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., mortgage license) will be advantageous.
