We are a UK-based dynamic cleaning company specializing in Residential Deep Cleaning and End of Tenancy Cleaning, dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused **Telesales Consultant** who can effectively engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and successfully convert leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with warm leads purchased by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, understanding their cleaning requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential.
- Work over weekends and during the festive period as required.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive base salary of **R8000 per month** with attractive commission structures.
- ** On Target Earnings of R13000 per month**. (made up of R8,000 basic + uncapped commission.)
- 40 days paid holiday per year
- Working Hours: 13:30 - 22:00, Monday - Friday
- Weekend Shift: One shift (09:30 - 18:00) every 6-8 weeks, with extra pay and time off.
- Festive Coverage: Required, with additional compensation.

**Requirements for the Remote Role**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or sales.
- ** Previous experience in a Residential End of Tenancy, or Residential Deep Cleaning company is essential.**
- Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- ** Must have a personal laptop, reliable internet connection, and back-up systems for power outages.**
- ** Willingness to work weekends and during the festive period, as required.**
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage rejection and stress.
- Proven success in achieving sales quotas, particularly through phone-based sales.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and handle complaints professionally.
