We need an extraordinary individual, well presented, energetic, friendly, and obsessive about service delivery with an extensive knowledge of managing a caffe.

**Requirements**:
3 Years work experience as a General Manager of a restaurant or coffee shop
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Excellent time management, able to meet exact deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Excellent management and organisational skills.

Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Organised and structured person
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Function well in team, but able to work independently
- **Responsibilities / skills (included but not limited to)**:
Well presented with a focus on customer service

Food quality control

Stock orders

Store Administration

Customer complaints

Restaurant cleanliness and check lists

Stock takes - investigate and eliminate variances

Staff rosters and time keeping

Staff training

Opening and closing shop with accurate cash ups

**Applicants must reside in the Southern Suburbs area.**
