We are currently recruiting Design Managers - Rail with experience in Railways design and team leading to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Railway Projects across the globe. Our internal clients work for private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities together with Design and Build commissions for many major Contractors. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering design projects for many years, throughout the USA and Australia, not to mention Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team. This is a key role within the South African Global Delivery Center, with a high viibility within Enterprise Capabilities (EC), but also close conctact with other Design Centers.

**The responsibilities of this role include**:
Responsible for coordinating the activities of a design team working for internal clients on small to mid-size projects, integrating resources from different global offices.
Responsible for monitoring the implementation of delivery methodologies that manage risk, maximise on
