We are seeking a proactive, organized and professional Spa Supervisor to support the Spa Manager overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and managing reception duties. The role includes leading and supervising spa staff, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of spa treatments.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee daily spa operations including scheduling, stock management, and maintenance of treatment rooms including spa facilities.
- Supervise and mentor a team of spa therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for spa therapists
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Perform spa treatments and contribute to overall success of the spa
- Promote retail sales and upselling spa treatments
- Seeking ways of promoting and marketing the spa
- Assist in ongoing staff training, evaluate team performance, and handle other duties as needed.
- Develop and motivate staff to meet and exceed set targets
- Address staff and guests’ concerns, resolving them appropriately.
- Create and maintain professional guest relationships to ensure a return guest
- Perform other duties as assigned by Spa Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified in Somatology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working in a hotel spa is preferred
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of spa treatments products and experiences
