**Job description**

Primary Responsibilities for the Role
- Concept Development: Work with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
- Creative Design: Design a variety of marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, posters, banners, and digital content. Ensure all materials are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Infographic Creation: Design engaging infographics that convey complex information in a clear and visually appealing manner. Work with content creators to translate data and ideas into graphic representations.
- Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional and educational purposes, as well as social media. This includes creating storyboards, shooting video, and post-production editing.
- Photography Editing: Edit and retouch photographs for use in marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and other creative team members to produce high-quality content that supports business objectives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve your skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Minimum requirements**

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required
- Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including marketing collateral, video production, and photo editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Proficiency in different programming languages, user experience (UX) design best practices and HTML or CSS.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including lighting, shooting, and editing.
- Excellent creative and visual design skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
