**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with company customers on professional basis and take ownership of allocated customer base to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Place orders accurately and correctly as per customer requirements on the system and relay information to the relevant linked portfolio.
- Interact with the Logistic Manager to ensure customer delivery satisfaction.
- Satisfy customer service level, by doing meticulous back - order management.
- Do routine and repetitive tasks, without being micro - managed.
- Servicing walk in - cash customers.
- Receiving and making phone calls with the required telephone etiquette.
- Have a professional working relationship with all employees that support the sales function.**Inherent Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 - Post Matric qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience of links between production, inventory, sales, and finance.
- Advanced working knowledge and experience of Sage Evolution and Excel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the wire industry with a sales background.
- A work methodology that is always professional and allows for the ability to be flexible and multitask.
- Ability to communicate (speak, write, and read) fluently in English. Be able to speak and understand Afrikaans will be advantageous.
- Experience in logistics and exports will be advantageous.
