**Introduction**

We are looking for an exceptional individual to fulfill a key role in the Structuring & Solutions team. You will work in a highly skilled and specialized team of motivated individuals, perform technically demanding calculations and interact with all areas of the business including our cell captive clients. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain experience in a leading cell captive business, develop technical skills and industry knowledge, and build relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders with exposure to senior management and clients.

**Role Purpose**

We are looking for an exceptional individual to fulfill a key role in the Structuring & Solutions team. You will work in a highly skilled and specialized team of motivated individuals, perform technically demanding calculations and interact with all areas of the business including our cell captive clients. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain experience in a leading cell captive business, develop technical skills and industry knowledge, and build relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders with exposure to senior management and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Making progress towards an Actuarial qualification
- Non-life experience would be beneficial
- At least 3 years' experience in actuarial role
- Proficiency in MS Office, R, Python (SAS/SQL advantages)

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Create and improve non-life pricing tools
- Assist with pricing of new products
- Pro-active monitoring of pricing bases within the client base
- Create and improve monitoring tools to ensure proactive monitoring pricing bases within the client base.
- Assist with reviewing new products in line with any regulatory and professional guidelines
- Assist with the structuring of new deals
- Assist with the development of new products
- Assist in finding solutions to improve structuring
- Engage clients and internal stakeholders on technical matters
