**What You'll Do**:

- **Daily Financial Transactions**:Verify, classify, and record accounts payable data like a pro.
- **Invoice & Bank Deposits**: Prepare invoices and handle bank deposits with precision.
- **Credit Notes & Invoices**:Capture and manage with ease.
- **Account Reconciliation**:Keep our accounts balanced and accurate.
- **File Maintenance**: Ensure our filing system is organized and up-to-date.
- **Supplier Reports**:Prepare monthly reports for our valued suppliers.
- **Finance Tasks**: Assist our Head of Finance with various tasks.
- **Admin Duties**:Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- **Qualifications**:An accounting/bookkeeping qualification or relevant experience.
- **Admin Skills**:Previous admin experience is a plus.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Knowledge of Sage Evolution is a bonus; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides is essential.
