We need an individual who can think on their feet, very energetic and not scared to fiscally work.

**Requirements**:
Matric

Valid driver’s licence

At least 5 years management and relevant experience

To start ASAP

Reside in the Western cape (Northern Suburbs)

Solid Work track record with references.

Staff management experience

Solid Dispatch and Route planning experience essential.

**Job overview**:
Ensuring all orders from the warehouse are verified and despatched correctly.

To ensure the warehouse packing and dispatch is operating at maximum efficiency, maintain housekeeping standards and assist with deployment of available resources to other parts of the operation when required

Enforce housekeeping in all locations to maintain a clean and safe work area

Staff discipline - report all issues with packing or count accuracy / stock inaccuracy to warehouse manager

Check stock picked reconciles to pick slip & what is invoiced (Stock Pick Accuracy.)

Ensure all orders are invoiced

Ensure cartons are correctly labelled and adequately sealed

Loads accurately and completely manifested

Controlled hand-over to courier/drivers

Customer relation management

Sorting out queries

Supervise and maintain close working relationship with internal customers (Order/Management / Supply Chain)

Check each vehicle for possible theft on each load

Vehicle inspection on each load

Always Manage vehicle loading process

Completion of logistics reports.

Able to work overtime.

**Experience**:
