**Qualifications and or Experience**:_
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a counter sales environment within the automotive industry (Non-Negotiable).
- Diesel Spares knowledge would be highly advantageous.
- Customer Care and or Mechanical diploma / degree would be an advantage.
- Full understanding of automotive components within the SA market is essential.
- Knowledge aftermarket parts, and OE parts.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literate.
- Own transport & valid driver’s license.
- **Job purpose**:_
- To assist walk-in and call-in customers with automotive part inquiries and provide an outstanding level of service relating to all parts being sold over the counter.
- The Salesman will assist the customer in understanding the products and thus provide accurate parts to fit the needs of the customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Generating sales and achieve customer satisfaction levels.

**Salary, Benefits**: Dependent on experience. 15 - 25k Basic plus Comms, first class employee benefits including Provident fund, Medical Aid, life and disability cover.

**Working hours**: Working Hours: Monday - Friday (07:30 to 17:00)

**Area**: Riverhorse Valley Business Estate.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Automotive: 5 years (required)
