**The Opportunity**

As a result of the continued success of our business, we are looking to welcome an experienced quantum professional to our team in Johannesburg.

**Skills and Experience**

We are seeking individuals with proven experience of working on quantum and contractual claims, within in the construction industry.

You will also:

- Have demonstrable experience of working on quantum and contractual claims,
- Relevant construction degree such as Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management and secondary construction legal qualification, plus professional memberships commensurate with the specialisation.
- Proven ability personally delivering quantum reports for construction contractors, solicitors and/or other clients from determining causality through to report writing.
- Demonstrable understanding of the various forms of contract and quantum principles and ability to communicate and utilise this in client facing situations.
- Experience of leading teams and projects with a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff members.
