Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.

Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required for BW Platform as per define SLAs.

Reporting of ITSM KPIs to upper management.

The role itself is not to be hands-on with the technologies but rather to manage topics and projects.

Create and update management and technical documents in Confluence.

Standby, shift work and public holiday work required from time to time.

Support with Go Live preparation and support during Go Live (could be on weekends, late evenings).

Coordinate and Support SAP Feature teams with issues and requirements.

Coordinate with Application teams, interface partners, support teams and other module consultants.

Monitoring and checking the whole BW environment including process chain monitoring.

Understanding of BW Modelling techniques.

Stakeholder Management to manage service offerings and requirements.

Planning and coordination for system downtime during maintenance windows.

**Test management including but not limited to**:
Participatin in Test Analysis and Testing activities as per XRAY functionality.

Cnduct basic BW testing after any system upgrade

Preparatin of testing documents and perform internal testing for change requests

Integratin testing with other modules

Perfrming regression testing

Preparatin of test cases

Documenting known errors and resolutions in the solution database.

Creating pertinent system design, technical and functional documentation.

Preparing User / How-to Manuals and conducting training to other Team Members.

Drive the adoption of SAP Tools and functionalities within the user community.

Be at the forefront of SAP Tool and functionalities, driving their adoption as relevant.

1st and 2nd level support for incidents (troubleshooting and resolving) for BW Platform as per define SLAs.

**Requirements**:
IT Degree/Diploma.

Relevant SAP Certification.

3+ years’ experience in developing in SAP BW.

3+ years’ experience in query building in SAP BW Tools.

3+ years’ experience in conducting unit tests, integration tests and security tests.

1+ years’ experience in HANA Developments.

SAP S3 & S4/HANA Experience.

SAP ABAP Programming Knowledge.

SAP Solution Manager experience.

SAP Analytics Cloud.

Experience across any other SAP modules.

Debugging skills.

Fair knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Agile.

**Skills & experience required**:
Experience and Knowledge about SAP Analytics Stack and Tools.

Solution orientated approach and thinking.

Architecture, strategy and release management for SAP Analytics Platform and Tools.

Test Management.

Project Management.

Analysis of customer requirements, evaluation and enablement of latest SAP BW Tools.

Ability to create, maintain and review documentation.
