We are looking for a Digital Community Coordinator to join our Marketing team

The Digital Community Coordinator’s main responsibility is to manage the WeBuyCars digital community across its social media pages. This includes complaint management, general queries, questions and engagement received from the community.

The Digital Community Coordinator is required to act as a mediator between Social Media channels and relevant departments within WeBuyCars when queries and complaints need to be addressed.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Community management on all WeBuyCars’ social media pages and platforms on a daily basis. This includes Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google my Business.
- Monitoring when and where WeBuyCars is mentioned in the media.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitors.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports about social media activity to be used internally.
- Occasional copywriting and copy-editing.

- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Great organisational and time management skills with little supervision needed.
- The ability to work well in a team and in an open floor environment.
- Ability to deliver high quality work, whilst meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to be creative and think outside of the box.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing, Languages, Publishing, Communications (or similar) is required.
- Excellent written command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness and availability to work on certain weekends and public holidays (from home).

**Advantageous**:

- Excellent written command of a second language.
- Previous experience with community management, social media or similar.
- Previous copywriting and copy-editing experience.
- An interest in marketing and/or the creative industry.
- An additional skill such as graphic design, motion design, videography, social media scheduling, copywriting, copy-editing, public relations etc. will be advantageous.
