**Responsibilities**:_
- Manage the entire recruitment value chain.
- Conduct research and identify prospective talent through screening and testing procedures within company policies.
- Handle all administration related to the recruitment process.
- Develop pipelines and refine search approaches.
- Source and recruit for a variety of roles within the Sales Team in a fast-paced environment.
- Build quality talent pipelines using creative and effective sourcing techniques.
- Focus on hiring while maintaining a high-quality hire bar to align with employment goals.
- Generate weekly recruiting reports.
- Perform background checks on new hires.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work and act independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Efficient networking skills.
