Minimum requirements:

- 1 year experience in signage or vehicle branding.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Metrics**
- Assist in all department within the signage department.
- Ensure all material and Tools are correctly stored and packaged.
- Assist with manufacture and installation of signage.
- Heavy lifting of products.
- Assist with Rigging of signage.
- Assist the Production Manager with all tasks requested.

**Operational**
- Maintain the printer by ensuring checks and cleans are performed weekly.
- Meeting with suppliers to ensure we are getting quality products for the best price.
- Designing and maintaining of a printer servicing schedule.
- Ensuring that the printer is always handled in accordance to the printer manual.
- To produce orders timeously to customers.
- Effective communication with team members as well as customers.
- Meeting with customers to identify needs before quoting.
- Measuring of customers’ order requirements on and off site.
- Regular meetings and communication with the design department.

**Compliance, risk and quality**
- Legal agreements in place with all customers/suppliers.
- Ensuring that we adhere and meet customer expectations.
- Compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Intense focus on Health and Safety.

**Growth and new markets/products**

Skills and competencies:Customer relationship management & driving sales to customers.
Identifying new business and new products.
Development of existing business and products.
Assist with company projects.
Informing customers of new products, specials and any company news.
Marketing current products & services to new & existing customers.
Ongoing research to ensure service and product delivery is optimized in all regions.
Determine and develop appropriate sources of supply and maintaining cooperative working relationship with suppliers to stay current with trends, technology, products and services.
Attend to all maintenance issues that may arise timeously to ensure 99.9% uptime for the machine.

Manage and prioritize activities.
Monitor results to accomplish a specific goal.
Plan and organize administrative functions proactively.
Collect information and ensure accuracy of information.
Follow through and deliver results.
Prioritize and anticipate timeframes.
