As a small business based in Hatfield, Pretoria with big expansion plans, we are looking for a hard working, results driven individual with a keen eye for detail who is not afraid to get their hands dirty to grow the business and their own position in the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate scheduling and monitoring of learner, tutor and office schedules
- Booking of lessons and demo sessions
- Calendar Management
- Create and send monthly invoices
- Ensure that invoices are adequately monitored and lessons scheduled to ensure business profitability
- Efficient debtors management
- Ensure that all client details are accurate and up to date (manage databases)
- Filing

Desired Work Experience/Requirements
- 3 year post-matric qualification
- 5-7 years’ experience in finance and business administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Background in education advantageous
- Background in flogistics advantageous
- Excellent conflict management
- Strong customer management skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Availability to work weekends

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Calendar Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (preferred)
- Database Management: 1 year (preferred)
