Requirements:
Analyst Certification

4+ years experience as a Business Analyst

Previous experience working in a projects environment within Fintech / payment solutions is an advantage

Experience in developing impactful software products solutions preferred

Ideally a proven track record delivering web & app based fintech products

Hands on experience with creating artifacts like Business Requirement document (BRD), System Requirement document (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specification Document (FSD)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong stakeholder management, communication skill

Strong technical writing skills

Strong collaboration skills and working well within a cross-functional team environment

Proficient in both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, Office and Visio.

**Responsibilities**:
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

Capture detailed business and system requirements and proposing solutions to clients

Engage clients to extract critical business requirements and communicate effectively with external clients and internal

teams to deliver products functional requirements

Collect and Analyse the projects business requirements and transferring relevant information to development teams

Work across the business, ideating and delivering cross functional, strategic initiatives focused on optimising Customer Product roadmaps and offering solutions.

Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents

Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client

Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.

Providing ad hoc analytical support and performing special projects as needed.
