Social Media Manager and Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Graphic Design**
- Replicate and/or revise existing marketing and brand collateral according to company brand guidelines
- Contribute towards overall marketing plans, including direct marketing, print and digital media
- Collaborate with other designers, external service providers and departments, like Sales and Customer Service

**Social Media**
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for all Social Media channels, including setting up paid ad campaigns, communicating with target audiences, developing customer relationships, analytics, reporting
- Produce and communicate social media marketing plans and schedules
- Create copy and/or outsource to copywriters
- Manage Social Media interactions and leads via our CRM platform
- Analyse campaigns and data, then revise future campaigns accordingly
- Identify and communicate emerging trends with the rest of the team.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 - 3 years similar work experience in graphic design and/or marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Matric and relevant tertiary education
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, & social media marketing
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Keen and attentive eye for detail and design
- Energetic and willing to grow and learn in the position
- Keen aptitude to become proficient in Meta Business Manager
- Work independently with little supervision, as well as in a team.
- Manage personal workload and deadlines well

**ADVANTAGEOUS**
- Any certification relating to Graphic Design, Marketing and/or Social Media
- 2 - 3 years similar work experience in Social Media Management and/or Digital Marketing management and Paid Media Management in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Facebook Business/Ad Manager/ LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio

**Salary**: R18 000 - R20 000

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
