Our client is looking for a Creditors Clerk in Wellington for a 3-4-month period.

**Duties/Responsibilities**

Manage switchboard - incoming calls etc

Petty cash pay outs - as needed & gathering of slips / receipts for journal purposes

Credit card payments for shop sales & receipts thereof

Processing of creditor invoices - match GRV’s or once off, non-stock items on system

Creditor reconciliation

Creditor payments and ad hoc payment requests

**Minimum Requirements**

Grade 12

Accounts experience in a manufacturing environment

Advanced Excel experience

Good eye for details

Ability to work accurately
