We are looking for detail-oriented **Lead Qualifying Agents** to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will contact potential customers based in the UK and warm up leads that will then be transferred to a sales consultant.

This is a** temporary** month-to-month contract with the possibility of going permanent.

This position is based in Pretoria East and is an office-based position and shift work is required.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English** with a neutral or clear accent.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in **sales, telesales**or performing telephonic surveys.
- Experience in dealing with** international customers** (exposure to** UK market** advantageous).
- Experience in lead generation.
- Able to effectively handle objections.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
- Persuasive and enthusiastic.
- Excellent listener and communicator.
- Ability to cross-sell.
- Good administrative skills and able to multi-task.
- **Commission** driven mindset.
- Creative and adaptable.
- Shows relationship building skills and works well in a** team.**:

- Strong computer skills, especially **Microsoft.**:

- Comfortable working in a **target-driven environment**.
- Availability: Immediate - two weeks.

**Salary**: 6k basic with average gross salary of 12K (if target of 3 qualified leads per day is met) or higher if you surpass target.
