As a Junior Bookkeeper / Office Assistant you will be assisting in all areas of administration including but not limited to; Finance,Procurement, Stockcontrol and General Admin. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain meticulous financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts with impeccable accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile daily sales and cash transactions adeptly.
- Contribute to payroll processing.
- Assist with Inventory Management.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports to inform management decisions.
- Collaborate with the finance and production teams on diverse administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bookkeeping Qualification.
- Advance level of Excel.
- 2-4 years’ experience as a Junior Bookkeeper
- Hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Great communication skills and strong team player.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)
