**Purpose**

If you are technologically savvy professional with great understanding of the Commerce space, specifically SAP SD with leadership capabilities, result orientated, excellent business partnering skills, then we want you to join our team.

This specific role is needed to lead and drive implementation of initiatives in the Commerce space specifically relating to SAP SD. There will be a need for development, maintenance, support and administration of the SAP Order to Cash environment, with specific relevance to SAP SD (Sales & Distribution). Within this role, you will provide IT input and advise the business to drive decisions that need to be made around sales and distribution.

**Responsibilities**

Business Analysis and Solutions Definition:
1. Creating, analysing, and validating detailed business requirements specifications.

2.Leading delivery elements of systems design, including data migration in line with business rules and other detailed deliverables.

3. Identifying the current
- and future-state business processes.

4. Support the business process
- owner with defining and maintaining business processes in order to improve and understand business processes within their respective areas.

5. Leading design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution and provide input to functional design documents.

Project Management and Delivery:
1. Lead IT delivery throughout project management lifecycle for medium to large projects (Agile)

2.Drive the elicitation & documentation of system specific functional design requirements in order to enhance system functionality as per user requirement.

3. Support Business Application testing and related activities to ensure that functional changes are delivered as per requirement.

4. Coordinate, (schedule, feedback, escalation).

5. Adhere to client PMO governance framework throughout the project management office.

6. Leading the Service Introduction process after successful delivery of system implementation and ensuring smooth handover to the Service Delivery team & business (where applicable)

Business Application Support:
1. Provide standby (1st & 2nd line) Business Applications user support and escalate to client functional specialist and other 3rd line support if necessary.

4. Adherence to GSD SLAs and daily monitoring of open incidents, problem tickets and change requests

6.Manage Application related calls logged on the client helpdesk in order to ensure that regular feedback is given to users as well as ensuring that feedback received from group is translated and explained in detail to users.

7. Assisting Analysts in the business to identify business process improvement opportunities through the use of existing or future technologies.

15. Participation as team member on IT projects.

Business Process Improvement:
1. Driving improvement initiatives in order to play a business partnering role to functional owners.

2. Leading improvement initiative meetings in order to report on assigned action progress.

3. Analyse business systems to determine effectiveness, identify inadequacies, inefficiencies and problems and recommend solutions.

4. Develop system & functional specification documentation.

5. Coordinate and conduct user group education and problem-solving sessions related to assigned projects.

6. Support system specific functional design requirements in order to enhance system functionality as per user requirement.

7. Support Business Application testing and related activities to ensure that functional changes are delivered as per requirement.

Additional tasks and activities can be assigned at any time.

**Education**

1. University Degree in Computer Science/Computer.

2. Engineering/Software Engineering/Information Technology/ Information Science.

3. SAP SD certification (Advantage).

**Experience Required**

1. 5+ years of Working with SAP SD Implementation projects or Operations.

2. Experience of full end-to-end delivery of critical business-wide initiatives, ERP implementation is a bonus.

3. Good understanding of Agile frameworks (preferably Safe Agile); Familiarity with Product Owner, Scrum-master roles responsibilities; SCRUM-master and/or product owner certification would be an advantage.

4. Competencies in following areas: SAP SD, SAP FI, MM & CRM would be a bonus.

6. Strong experience in SAP Pricing, Rebate Agreements, iDoc/EDI integration.

7. Knowledge of both local and export environments.

8. Business Analysis and/or ITIL certification or experience will be advantageous.

9. FMCG experience advantageous.
