We are on the lookout for a full-time Sales and Marketing Lead Administrator to join our Marketing team.

As our Sales and Marketing Lead Administrator your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Sales lead distribution;
- Engaging with clients and sales leads;
- Data capturing and analysis of sales leads;
- Vetting of inbound sales leads based on established practices and criteria;
- Allocation of leads to consultants according to agreed matrix based on clearly defined criteria;
- Monitor and follow up sales leads within the consultant teams;
- Lead generation support;
- Contribution towards content creation;
- Ad Hoc assistance across the Marketing function.

**Requirements**:
**Our ideal Sales and Marketing Lead Administrator will possess**:

- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Be based in Cape Town
- Have an honest and hardworking nature;
- Be an innovative and critical thinker;
- Be a deadline driven individual who shows extreme attention to detail;
- Demonstrate efficient communication and a willingness to learn;
- Contribute to the team as a reliable and dedicated team player;
- Have an organised and structured approach to tasks.

**Not essential but advantageous**:

- Diploma/Degree;
- A working knowledge of the Google Suite;
- Travel Industry knowledge would be a significant advantage.
