Conveyancing Paralegal

A well established legal practice seeks an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team.

**Duties**:
**1. REGISTRATION OF TRANSFERS** - (Conventional, Sectional & Deceased Estate)

Taking instructions, drawing Sale Agreement, preparing Transfer Documents to Final accounts on registrations.

**2. BOND REGISTRATIONS & CANCELLATIONS**

Preparation of Bond documents & Consent to cancellation for Standard Bank, Nedbank and First National Bank, Must be fully conversant with Bank processes and bulletins, consultation with client to sign documents, obtaining Fica docs, issuing guarantees, uploading documents on Stordoc.

Requesting and downloading bond cancellation instructions, requesting & uploading guarantees, preparing file for lodgement, returning security documents to bank.

**Requirements**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience with Conveyancing - Transfers, Bonds and Cancellations _**essential**_
- Related qualification

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Conveyancing: 5 years (required)
