Tenders Administrative Support

As a Tenders co-ordinator, you will work as part of a broader team and will manage not only services proposals and responses, but also different aspects of marketing presentations and sales documents that may be required from our clients.
**KEYS DELIVERABLES**:
- Respect of deadlines
- Work as part of a team
- Coordinate and compile tender responses on behalf of subsidiaries worldwide
- Provide presentations and other sales support documents for salespersons globally
- Provision of Partnership Agreements, Customs information, and other legal documentation
- Adherence to internal processes and operational requirements
- Customer Satisfaction and Service excellence, at all times
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Excellent Command of English
- **Excellent writing skills for a corporate audience**:
- University degree and/or a formal professional qualification
- At least 4 years of experience in similar role, administrative support, marketing assistant, corporate administration, sales, communication, or procurement environment
- Detail oriented while able to function well in a highly pressurized, deadline-driven environment
- High level of experience in Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe.
- French Speaking Highly advantageous.
The Administrative Tenders Support Division provides support to compile and write all documentation which must be submitted in response to global international tenders. It includes financial & legal aspects, as well as marketing presentations of all companies’ detailed profiles on how services will be provided. The division works in conjunction with our Pricing division and ultimately submits the full responses.
