**Warehouse Supervisor, Riverhorse Valley**

Warehouse Supervisor will work in the Durban Warehouse team and be responsible for:

- Releasing all daily picking slips
- Split TO’s: Collections and Deliveries
- Distribute TO’s to pickers: Co-ordinate pickers workload
- Monitor TO’s completed and issue Delivery notes
- Monitor Daily picking to ensure all orders are picked
- Monitor open TO report for incomplete TO’s: Reprint for pickers to complete for delivery
- Monitor completion of TO’s in order to issue pickers the following batches for picking.
- Monitor stock locations and relocate stock on system to release TO’s (Bin Errors)
- Short stock in location: Check stock availability and transactions actioned on stock items for transfers not actioned to locate physical stock, prior to stock needed to be written off.
- Ensure all collections converted to a delivery is picked and posted
- Ensure all TO’s uncollected stating collection for the day is cancelled to clear open TO’s Report and ensure accurate outstanding TO’s can be viewed
- Reprint open TO’s marked for delivery not scanned, to fix and post delivery notes
- Print open TO Report for transfers or placements transactions still open
- Prioritise special/urgent delivery requests to be picked
- Assist with releasing of collections
- Prioritise IBT’s loaded by branches
- Print bin locations
- Internal bin transfers
- Assist with general admin for write on/write off stock
- Clear older orders from daily picking
- MIGO IBT’s received from branched and to placements
- Advise branches of incorrect or short stock received via IBT’s
- Assist with compiling packing list for exports or quotation enquiries
- Advise Warehouse Manager of inbound containers to schedule deliveries with forwarders
- Communicate delivery schedule, amendments to delivery schedules for containers
- Arrange for collection of stock at long-term storage
- Track ETA’s of inbound stock
- Assist internal sales with ETA for stock codes when requested
- Assist accounts with document copies for payments to forwarder
- Assist Lee by tracking special orders placed
- Assist sales reps with customs and documentary requirements for exports to neighboring countries

**To be considered for this role, you must have**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- SAP Knowledge beneficial
- Strong Logistical knowledge

The salary will be between R17 000 - R19 000.

Medical aid 50% contribution by the company and full contribution to the provident fund.
