**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Management**: Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
**Communication**: Serve as the main liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
**Project Oversight**: Monitor project progress, coordinate schedules, and manage resource allocation to meet project timelines and objectives.
**Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is performed to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
**Problem-Solving**: Address any issues or delays promptly, implementing solutions to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, change orders, and compliance documentation.
**Safety Management**: Promote a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in construction site management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
