We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Team. As a Marketing
Manager, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth through effective marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for overseeing the performance of our digital meta campaigns, specifically on e-commerce platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital Marketing campaigns to drive traffic, acquire customers, and maximize revenue (Planning, Designing and Optimizing)
- Optimize paid campaigns on various e-commerce platforms to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Partners to set the strategy for paid campaigns.
- Work closely with the Director to align growth marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyse campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Design Creatives, Publications, Promotion pamphlets.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Divers License
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on PPC, paid and organic campaigns
- 2+ years of experience in Design and Print Media
- Expertise in working with various design programs.
- Expertise in working with e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in creative testing and conversion rate optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month
