Puller and Orders

Nutrivita is looking for a Puller/Orders.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize order pick lists to locate and pull products for orders
- All materials are to be pulled accurately, pullers are held accountable for accuracy
- Inspect all pulled materials for quality.
- Receive orders
- Check stock availability with necessary department.
- Book order with delivery service providers
- Products should be properly labeled and in good condition
- Report damages or shortages to the proper departments
- Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner
- Bring pulled products to designated areas as instructed on the pick lists.
- Neatly and properly stage products to avoid shipping errors
- Properly and safely use factory equipment that you are authorized to use to complete tasks.
- Always Maintain a clean factory
- Every puller has an assigned aisle that must be kept clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain all factory equipment in good working order.
- Report any issues to a Supervisor or Manager immediately.
- Planning, reviewing, scheduling and booking and releasing orders for shipments as well as the resolution of other issues
- Maintain constant communication with both external delivery service providers and internal teams on any issues relating to order delays and stock availability
- Do Any other tasks or duties assigned by supervisor or manager

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must have matric
- Must have at least 1 year experience in the related in field
- Must be able to communicate and speak English and Afrikaans
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.

**Requirements**:

- Must reside in or around the Muizenberg
- Must not have participated in the YES4YOUTH Program

**Salary**: R6,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Muizenberg, Western Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Muizenberg, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
