As Internal Sales you will be required to have thorough knowledge of industrial automation and HVAC products and the Industries they are used in. You will further ensure all functions of the Internal Sales department are conducted efficiently and accurately including all maintenance/repair/opperations (MRO) and Project work, which will include all customer queries, complaints, request for quote’s, quotations and full customer service to company standards.

DUTIES

To ensure all reporting is completed on a timeously and accurate manner to company standards.

Ensure quotations and Inquiries are completed accurately within 24 hours no Later than 48 Hours for MRO.

Ensure all project bids are completed accurately and before the closing date.

Ability to obtain orders via telephone.

Dedication to excellent customer service.

Ensure all MRO sales orders are entered into the system within 24 hours.

Ensure all project orders are entered into the system within 48 hours.

To ensure all reporting is completed on a timeously and accurate manner to company standards.

Ensure that the sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects.

Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project pipeline.

Report to management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats.

Pipeline modeling to improve forecasting.

Review and engage in key deals and accounts.

Monitor activities, identify risk and implement activities to ensure success.

Formal weekly pipeline development reviews to ensure proper coverage for target attainment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work independently, Self-starter.

Bi-Lingual (English and Afrikaans)

Ability to obtain orders via telephone.

Good negotiation skills.

Excellent Time management.

Strong relationship building skills

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Dedication to excellent customer service.

Organized and efficient with good attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
