Job Description
To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.
Advisor Academy role.
Goal: Improvement on the lives of customers through simple, effective solutions that meet their needs. Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets.
Are you someone who can:
- Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation.
- Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.
- Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
- Assist with profit growth for the business through ensuring effective management of the leads pipeline.
- Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadline.
- Minimum required essential experience - 18 months experience within a Sales/Service area in financial Services environment as a Banker.
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
- RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business) would be an advantage.
- Strong background in Banking / Investment / Financial Planning / Wealth Management
