**Job Summary**:
The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall IT architecture of the organization. This role involves aligning IT strategy with business goals, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of IT systems, and driving innovation through technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- **Architecture Design**: Design and oversee the implementation of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- **Technology Evaluation**: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance business processes and support growth.
- **Governance**: Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems and architecture.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, standards, and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and IT infrastructure.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design complex IT systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in architecture design and documentation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Advanced Degree**: Master’s degree in a related field.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF Certified, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
