Vacancy: Restaurant Manager

A reputable restaurant in Hout Bay is presently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Assist with the management of the restaurant in accordance with
- Company Policies and Procedures
- Ensure team consistency in delivery of exceptional service
- Implementing operational working procedures
- Stock management
- Staff management
- Daily cash ups
- Banking
- Guest interaction to increase customer satisfaction
- Ordering stock
- Proven 5 years work experience as a restaurant manager in a similar environment
- Own car (unless residing in Hout Bay)
- Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
- Interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills
- Computer skills (excel)
- Understanding of Cost of Sales, budgets and cash ups

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hout Bay, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 5 years (required)
